Exchange policy:

1: Upon receiving the watches, you have to check the watches carefully. If the watches glasses/band is broken during delivery, please inform us within 12 hours.

2: When you get the watches, you have 7 days to inspect watches. If any problems with the watches’ mechanism/movement, please inform us and we will arrange exchange ASAP.

Note:
*You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer
*The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, We will not accept any used products ,they cannot be exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time, your exchange policy is void
*The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed
*Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages

Resend policy:

You are welcomed to add US$3 per item, in case that the products are stopped by your local Customs, you could get all the products resent by us for free!!
